get 2 koralia or seio powerhead. they r great and much better than regular powerheads in my opinion.

for a reef you want 20x turn over

my 55g i had a mag 7 return, mag 9.5 closed loop, 2 seio 1100, so thats like 3850gph and its like 70x turn over and still i wanted more
