Well the Double Bright unit only has 6 1 watt white LEDs. The other Marineland strip is also a 1watt/bulb.
TrueLumen sells both 1 watt and 3 watt LED strips I believe, but most are 1 watt per LED bulb.
The watts that are produced by the blue does not matter much, so I'm not counting them.
soooooo:
6+42 = 48
You didn't mention how long the TrueLumen strips are and how many white bulbs there are.

Those strips are also one watt LEDs. With all those LEDs, you do have enough for some corals, but anything that demands higher lighting (clams, SPS, anemones) will not thrive.
It hurts to look directly at LEDs because they have a very concentrated and direct beam. This is why many of your better LED fixtures (which use 3watt bulbs) have optics to spread out the light.
