Where should I possition the powerheads for this device to work? I have a 55g rectangular tank.

It realy dosnt matter as long as you get good [all tank] circulation, [no dead spots]. We also have a wavemaker,I positioned mine, all on one end, three at different hieghts and one pointing towards the back of tank, my pumps have control flaps and I just turned it 90 degrees so it hits the back corner were there was a dead spot due to the pumps all pointing forward across the tank, we really like it ,with the MH light you get some awsume shadows when the maker kickes on and off. hope this helps.
