Wavemaker Settings?

I'm just curious how you guys run you wavemakers and if anyone has opinions on best options.
Right now I have two powerheads set to turn on and off every 10 seconds, my other two powerheads are set at 20 seconds.
The wavemaker has options to do it anywhere up to 10 minutes or so. I'm creating more random flow now but what would replicate the ocean the best?

i put my mine every 90 seconds.
My local fish store told me should be the best
