WAY OT: Just venting

On the one day of the week I can devote a full day to working on the web site my host is DOWN! Just signed up for new host because 7 hours in one day is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

i have a webserver that I run locally, I work on my website there then upload it to my hosting provider when I am done. There are plenty of webserver software package that you can download off the web. I mostly run IPlanet(www.sun.com) and Apache(www.apache.org) both can be downloaded for free.

Thanks nick, actually I was looking at that idea this morning, even have the spare box to run it on, just don't have time to learn everything right now. I'm in the process of learning Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Flash, PHP and mySQL LOL only so many hours each day you know It's a great idea though and something I really need to do in the near future!
