I almost burned down our neighbor's house, and succeeded in burning down the field behind their house lol. I no longer mess with fire.

yeah i have a friend that burned his house down, and another who got the bright idea to saw an axe can open on the kitchen floor of his friends house.
definately not something to be stupid about.
edit// oh yeah i forgot another friend of mine, who lit his leg on fire with lighter fluid, with the intention of jumping into a pool. instead he freaked out and got 3rd degree burns all up his leg.

I remember my friend making a homemade flamethrower in scouts. He got a can of bugspray and lit the end of it. It was awesome until the flame went into the can. He screamed and threw the thing, suddenly his homemade flamethrower became a homemade grenade. Needless to say he got in some trouble. I was banned from fire for a month just because I saw him do it. It was worth it though...

Was camping and had a jerry can full of gas. Someone got the bright idea to keep dumping little sloshes onto the campfire to see it flame up.
It got out of hand quick and then jumped to the can, he freaked out while screaming like a little girl and flung the can down the hill.....
It was a scene from a movie. We all just sat there with drinks in hand saying" wait for it.....WAIT for IT........"
Then BOOM!!!

Lol, the aerosals (spelling isn't right, I know) with an open flame is the sissy way to do it. You need duct tape, a coleman propane tank (mini) duct tape, metal pole 2" wide, and some type of lightable material, ie: paper towels.

If you really want a show, then you duct tape an axe can or other aerosol so that it is continuously spraying and then set the end on fire. Lay it on the ground and it spins around...and then sometimes it blows up.
I remember one time at camp we had a food/water fight with a neighboring campsite and we took it a little too far. There was a kid that tied his shirt to a big stick and sprayed it down with bug spray. He then proceeded to set it on fire and wave it around yelling profanity
at the other campsite. We were banned from fire
...which doesn't sound too bad, but it was the first day of camp and we had a week of cold meals.
I remember one time at camp we had a food/water fight with a neighboring campsite and we took it a little too far. There was a kid that tied his shirt to a big stick and sprayed it down with bug spray. He then proceeded to set it on fire and wave it around yelling profanity

i dunno, i like a good fire, but all the wild fires in california and florida are from idiots playing with fire...
if you want a GOOD explosion...one that got me investigated........
dry ice into a 2 liter bottle

cap it.
throw it out the window or run away as fast as you can...
