Do you guys think this is a good idea for a website, It would be a blog about home loans, and would also include a forum about homeloans, i do have a backround in this because i have a license to sell home loans.
Do you think people will like to talk about HOME LOANS? as in to talk about them in a forum
Do you think people care about Home Loans? as in to check out a blog about them

I can understand discussing and educating on loans, however, I don't see a need for a forum. Forums are online communities. I, for instance, would research info on a loan and move on. Not learn about a loan and contribute and communicate. That's my personal .02
I think people need to care about home loans. I attribute to a degree the current state of the housing market to people not caring or understanding loans.
