website to id plants and inverts

Is there a website out there that has some pics and descriptions of plants and inverts that I can look up?
I've got a 1 month old tank and I'm getting a lot of plant life growing out of the LR. One type looks kinda like a fern or palm tree leaf and another type has dark green clusters of leafs about 1-11/2 long with a smooth texture.
Just trying to find some things out for myself without having to keep asking everyone's help on ID'ing.
