Also, another reason I really wanted the white was because I also paint pictures, and these two are in the room where the tank will go. The white stand/canopy kinda draws all the Greek thing together...

Yes, that is Santorini.... never been, but love the colors so I painted a picture of it...
My wife's family is from Mykonos so some day we may get there...

I always liked dark colors, cuz it brings out the colors of the tank. I'd do black semigloss or no shine at all.

This tank will not be set up for a couple months yet, and when it is it will be a direct transfer from the 55 reef.
Still have work to do on the sump, closed loop etc., etc.... not to mention new carpet has to be installed first!
