I have right around 100. Gives plenty of place for corals/filtration but still enough room for the fish to swim.
it looks nice.. theres no gaps on the bottom. i guess once i got corals, that would cover it up..

If you were to fill your tank completely full with liverock you would not even approach the wieght of the water. One cubic foot of seawater weights 64.1 pounds give or take a few ounces depending on salintiy.
So a 55 Gallon tank has 7.222 cubic feet of space.
If you fill that space with sea water your tank would weight roughly 462 pounds.

Well each gallon weighs about 8.5lbs, just figure in the displacement of water your rocks did, subtract that from ur total gallons and add ur rock weight.
