It should be but it is a good idea to look at the structure. Where are the main support beams. Are there any walls below the proposed location. If the joists are going perpendicular to the tank it is better than parallel.
My 125 is on the first floor above the basement. There is a steel I beam below the wall behind the tank and the joists are perpendicular to the tank which spreads the load.

I put a 150 on 2nd floor above the 1st . no basement.
Like said above put it across the joists and I would put it in the corner along the walls

I put a 220 gallon tank in the living room, over the basement. The tank is parallel to the joists, so I put angle irons at the ends of the stand to span two joists. In the basement I put 4 vertical steel posts, one at each corner. Just worried about the tank suddenly being in the basement. I should alsomention that my wife threatened some very painful punishments if the tank did become a basement display.
