These are the specs from the web site of the manufacturer, and a pic of the hood. They spec it out a 4-watt/gallon based on the bulbs installed. The only downside is it looks like there's only one reflector for both bulbs, as opposed to individual reflectors for each bulb. So the question is, are these T5 bulbs, or PC bulbs? Like Michael stated, T5 bulbs for a 24" tank are normally 24W. I see where Coralife makes a 22" 55W Power Compact bulb. I'm assuming that is what he has. So now the question is, does 110W of Power Compact lighting provide enough intensity to house a BTA?
