weird bug?!

I have noticed that there is a rolly polly looking bug in my aquarium that I did not purposely put there does anyone know what this bug could be and if it's harmful?

Thanks, they look similar to those pictures except they are all gray and are the size of a rolly polly are the harmful and if they are how do I get rid of them?

They are harmless and good to have.

Could be an isopod or if larger perhaps a chiton.

Is there anything that eats them?I have a fuge full of pods and quite a few in my tank as well but i never notice any of my fish eating them.
