Well I think it is a PORCELAIN CRAB

Well I went for my wkly visit to the LFS tonight, bought this porcelain crab or so they told me, he is aclimating right now almost ready to put him in, He is more on the red side and he has these two long antenae, I don't know. He is going in my 5 gal nano. What do you guys think, not a great picture sorry.

yes that is a porcelain crab and a Nice one if I do say so myself..

I look on the SWF site - I think you are right, good sale on them, should have bought a few of them.

Here do a search on google and put this in Petrolisthes bolivarensis and see what you come up with ...

The tell is the oversized, barely functional, claws that are mostly for show and the constant use of the filters for sweeping food from the water column.

I see those on my porcelain in my 65 gallon, I will keep a close eye on the new one, thanks Bang Guy.

I used to have one of those, cool little guys. I had no idea it was a porcelain crab though cause of the coloring.
