Hey all,
I just came back from a 3 day trip from Vegas and the 1st thing I noticed is that my Welso Brain coral, which has been happy in my tank for the past 9 months, is now showing its skeleton.
During the day it puffs up like normal and you can't really see it, but at night when it receeds you can see the white, rigid skeleton all around the edges.
I'll test the water when I get back home from work to see if anything is out of whack, but besides from the obvious, is there anything else I can do?

I hate to say this...BUT....from my experience, once this starts to happen, there is no repair :(
I gave up on these brains....it seems they do great for a while...then all of a sudden this would happen.....

Yeah its not giving up easily though. During the day its puffing up nice and big. Its just when its nighttime and its closed you can see the ring of skeleton all around it.
One other thing too is I noticed its been a long time since I've seen its feeding tentacles out. Could it be possible its been overfed? Just in case I've cutback my feeding by 50%. Not sure if my fish are happy about that lol.
