welt/ bump on yellow tang

my yellow tang has a bump?welt on its dorsel fin. what is it? and is it bad? I just bought the tang yesterday.

Tank specifics would be nice, just to make sure that everything is in place.
By tank specifics, I mean:
-Size of Tank
-Other inhabitants
-Water Parameters (Temp, Salinity, NO3, NO2, ammonia, etc. etc.)

That looks like lymphocyctis to me. Can you get a close up shot of the tang?
