Wet Dry Filter emergency!

Hello my wet dry filter is foaming over making a watery mess on my floor. I inherited the tank last month. I added novaqua and amquel to my overflow this morning is that causing the foaming in the filter? Here are a couple of pictures any help or advice extremely welcome. Thanks Jack

Try to adjust the air-to-water ratio. It seems that there is to much air going in to there. Hope this helps, good luck.

I keep mine empty.....just for that purpose
