wet/dry filter

I posted this on equipment page but no one responded. I was wondering if anyone had directions for a diy wet/dry filter or if anybody knows where to get them. I also need diy directions for a 30 gallon long aquarium stand. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
