Wet/Dry system

I just bought a wet/dry system off a friend and cant seem to find bio balls anywhere at stores. I have heard of people using other items then bio balls do you and if so what? thanks

Live rock rubble, filter bags w/media, sea shells, filter sponges.

Don't use Bio Balls, you'll have too many Nitrate Problems!

Forget the bio balls, stick with using live rock
