What are my options?

Hello all- I decided to enlist some resources from these forums to see what would be the overall best possible way to accomplish my upgrade. Here it goes--
I have a 70G with 29G fugesump in the living room. In that spot I am wanting to upgrade to a 155G. So, on that Saturday a week and a half ago, I decided to temporarily set up a 125 I had sitting in the garage in the other living room. I filled it with about 80G of new saltwater and let it mix overnight. The next day I finished filling up the 125 with old saltwater from the 70 and then transferred the 150 lbs of live rock (no live sand- put it in a bucket of saltwater) and live stock over... along with the fugesump. Everything worked out great. No casualties, no mini-cycle.
Now, here we are almost two weeks later and the 155G is now in the other room ready to go with a 55G sumpfuge. It has 120 lbs of brand new live sand and is filled up with about 125G of new saltwater. I decided to go with new live sand in the DT since my previous setup had a mixture of sand and small crushed coral.
What are my options? Should I transfer the live sand from the current old fuge to the new fuge and add some of the live sand from the old setup until it is around 4"? Then add the live rock and wait? I also plan on adding 50 lbs or so of additional cured LR. Or can I add the fish as well right away? Will the tank cycle?
Sorry this is so long... please reply with any suggestions. I want to get this right. Thanks so much!

first i'd suggest putting down some eggcrate under neath everything, helps reduce pressure points.
put down some base rock so your live rock doesnt die under the sand.
put your sand down, and put your rock in. you'll probably get a tiny cycle from the fuge sand due to anaerobic bacteria die off.
