I have been pulling off the stems from my caulpera and feeding my regal the leaves. he seems to like it. of course he eats brine like its candy. But With a refugium its nice to have a self sufficient food source. I have heard someone on the BBS saying that it puts the nitrates that the ref. is meant to control right back into the water. (when the fish is "done" with it.) but I guess thats part of nature ya cant stop. the fish has to eat. and.. well you know.
