What are the best heaters out there?

What are the best of the best heaters out there? Money is no problem, I just want the best of the best heater so it wont malfunction. I had a heater malfunction and my tank went from 80F to 90F in about 2 hours. Link to the thread.

I like the visi-therm steath heaters personally.

rena smart heaters are awesome. when the temperature gets too high they stop heating and vice versa

I've only used stealth heaters, seem to work great-def. better than glass heaters but probably not the best.

I have one on my 29 and keeps the temp around 78-80.
