What are the Best lights?

i am wondering what everyone thinks about lights
I am thinking of getting current usa sunpod Metal Halide Lamps: 2 x 150W
Lunar Lights: 9 Blue 9 White
I has a total of 300 watts $460
It will be for my 46gal tank deminsions 36Lx21H12w
dont be afraid to give you opinion
