These must be some important guests that you are trying to impress. I agree with spanko and the others, It is "possible". However you are going to be out a great expense and you will be left with a tank and a process that you obviosly don't know anything about. Sorry, I am not trying to be rude. If you had to ask this question about a rushed tank, then you don't know enough about the hobbie to do it, and the fact that you are wasting time on here only narrows the window of opertunity.
Again, I am not being rude. Just real. I wouldn't do it.
I should be more clear, I would set up the tank but..........everybody would be looking at sand and rock. Put fake plants in there for color.

I highly recommend Instant Ocean BioSpira! Yeah, its expensive but it sure cycled my tank in a quick hurry! The bottle claims its instantly safe, but I cant speak for that. I do know it took out the BRIGHT purple nitrites out of my water in 5 days about a month ago!
This is JMHO

I speak from experience, Bio spira will not cycle a tank instantly. When I got in the hobbie I listened to my LFS and they sold me that stuff. I went through a couple of the most hardy fish in the hobbie. It may speed up the process but I don't think instant is right.

IMO, the money spent on biospira, or really any other "bottled instant cycle agents' is much better spent on the real deal: live rock. Live rock will actually do more to speed up a cycle, IMO, than anything else...and is much better for the overall health of the fish and tank in general.
Natural seawater will not cycle a tank. This is based on the need for a biological filter, which grows on surfaces, not in the water. So the only way you could do this on short notice is to transport an established biofilter from another tank.
If you get some cycled LR - a good amount of it - and start things this week, I suspect you will be able to have a couple of clowns in there...I would discourage damsels really at any cost unless that is primarily all you want to keep.
