What are these lil white things?

Today i noticed little white things crawling on my glass were the algea is.They are the size of a pin point.Maybe a lil bigger.I can see them move on the glass and there are alot of them.

After looking at them for a while it seems to me that they llok like Very Very small mice.Is that what pods look like?
