What are these little white bugs in my tank?

I've been seeing a lot of these very tiny white bugs moving around the glass in my tank. Does anyone know what they are and if their a good thing . I can't get a picure of them cause their so tiny.

They are copepods...go to the archive threads there is a good write up in there on pods with pics etc....

Yeah i think i have those isopods. their's a huge amount of them crawling on my glass. do fish and inverts eat them.
