What are these small white snail type creatures..

They are very small, and abundant. They look like a curled up centipede, and attached to the glass.
Does anything eat these?

Yup those. Does anything eat them? It seems they are taking over the back of my tank wall. Sure, i can scrub them off.. but i'm just curious if anything in the food chain can benefit from these things.

If the picture is what you have they are spirorbids. Harmless filter feeders. They will come and go with available nutrients. I know of nothing that will eat them.

No idea, I just let the ones in my tank grow. I took a rasor to some of them while I was cleanning algae off the glass, that worked well lol.
IMO they are filter feeders, so they are cleanning my water even more so I like them. But in my case I have way more in my refugium and only a little in my DT so they dont bother me.
