What are these things...

I recently (couple of days ago) set up a 29g BC HQI. I have 35lbs LS and 45lbs LR. Today I noticed some very small creatures swimming around. When I say some, I mean hundreds and when I say small, I mean like smaller than a grain of sand.
I don't think I could take a picture because they are so small. Does anyone have any idea what these are and if it's good or bad?

More then likely it just pods. They are good. Pictiures are better ti ID

My guess is those creatures you see are Copepods and there good (especially if you plan to get fish that require copepods in their diet such as Mandarian.)
