What are these?

There are hundreds of these little creatures swimming in and around the growth on my LR. What could they be? They are so tiny that a picture would be nearly imposible. Also there are dozens of small simitranslucent "frond" like structures growing off of the LR as well. Might they be sponges? These I can get a pic of if needed. Thanks in advance for any help.

the little creatures are most likely copepods which are signs of healthy established reefs;
the other things might be sponges try and get a pic of em
