first one is aiptasia, a simple syringe of vinegar would also do the trick. The second pic looks to me like copepods. BUT the other thing that I noticed was that you have some small bits of hair algae on your glass that you might want to remove before it spreads.

YUP...pepppermint shrimp (Lysmata wurdemanni) These ones will eat small ones..
HMMMM...I've never heard of the vinegar thing????
