Can you get a clearer picture by any chance?
Do you see them anywhere else in the tank?

This is the best I could do

They're not there all the time, and when they are my duncan recedes. I don't know what a nudibranch looks like, but maybe that's what they are. I googles LPS diseases, but couldn't find anything that looks like this.

might be the begining of new heads, mine did that. does it look like little fleshy spots on the skeleton? then they recede at night?

my duncans do not look anything like that when they're forming new heads. normally the new head forms closer to the "flower" and then slowly detaches via branch from there. duncans usually do not form new heads on the stalk like that from what I have seen. it is hard to tell from the picture, especially when I am viewing it on a blackberry

+1 on new heads. my duncan has recently popped out 2 new heads and when they were comming in, the main stalk really gave a lot of energy to it. opening and closing all the time. i thought it was dieing personally but a couple weeks later my single headed duncan became 3. id say keep your eye on it. if it still opens and closes every couple days id say your ok but if you see poor health/wilting then you probably have a problem.
i havent personally done them but i have heard of many people doing iodine dips for their corals to kill off parasites etc. you could look into that also.
