What are they??

Being a Newbie in this field. Questions may come often.
I have in several places tiny tenticles, looks like 4 sticking out of small holes in my live rock. They are only about 1/4 to 3/8 inch in length. They retract at night. Can't seem to find them in my books. I quess they are common but I just do not know what they are??????? Thanks all!! big
