side note (7) mushrooms on a rock for $10 at the lfs...w/ snail and blue legged hermit!!!!!!!!!!!!...........gotta love the part time help!!!!!!!!!!!

Pods, they are good for your tank, scooter blennies and mandarin gobies eat them

yup...sounds like copepods/isopods/amphipods...all indication of a stable / mature system and part of the natural diversity that helps keep a reef alive and well.
