what are your opinions on PH's in fuge

I am not getting enough flow in my fuge so I am wondering if there is any reason I could or should not put a power head in my fuge.?

I have a pump strong enough to circulate water in my main tank. Adding small pumps in my tank has resulted in lifestock loss due to malfunction and power heads burning up releasing chemicals in the water stream. Copepods and chaetomorpha algae is what lives in my sump and so far so good.

-Where is your fuge located (inside sump, outside sump)?
-What are you keeping the fuge for (copepods, macroalgae)?

Inside sump.
Mostly chaeto, LR and LS to grow pods.
It is a 55 gal tank Here is a pic of it before I installed it in the tank?

Where is water entering the fuge? Just the little top part?
If so, I would probably add a very small powerhead, as that is hardly any flow at all.

I had to add a PH to my HOB fuge b/c of cyano. Since
I added the PH the cyano has gone away and everything else seems fine.

The cyano in my fuge was completely covering the glass- you couldn't even see into the fuge. I really felt like I had to add more circulation.

I use my magfloat on it too. Can wiping it off cause it to spread?
