In regards to hosting, does it matter whether you introduce the anenome or the clown first?

Nope, but you need to remember the anemones need well-established tanks.

Absolutely. That actually was the reason why I was asking. I was wondering if I would have to wait until I can support the anenome before I introduce the clown. Now that I know it doesn't matter, I can introduce the clown beforehand.

I would introduce the anemone first if your tank is ready for one. The anemone will typically wander around the tank until it finds a spot it likes. I've been told the anemone will settle in faster if he does not have fish bouncing on him in his new surroundings.
It could be one of those rumors that float around, but it worked for me. I waited a week before adding the clowns.
