What can be growing from my LR????

I just got a few pcs. of cured LR and a couple of the rock has little white crusty looking worm size things on the rock. (some aren't long) and from these are white (looks like long hair growing from them) What could this be?
Is it good or bad?

I just ordered some live rock the other week and I have those things too. Sorry no clue what they are, but they haven't done anything bad yet for me

sounds like feather dusters.....actually a sort of tube worm...they are filter feeders and should be no problem......
