what can I have?

Would just like to know what one can have in a 5 gal nano?
Type of fish an how many?
Type of cleaners and how many?
Type of shrimp and how many?

Fish not even that good of an idea in a 5 gallon

What do gobies eat?
What about cleaner shrimp, what do they eat?
I had a camel back that ate my mushrooms so I don't want a repeat of that again.

I would recommend you go fishless in that size tank. I think a pair of any species of Cleaner Shrimp will be fine. They are general scavengers. Feed them a variety of seafood and they'll do well.

BangGuy are you saying to get 2 shrimps? or just 1?

A pair would be that you can have two.
Like he said, they are mostly scavengers. You can throw any kind of fresh seafood in the tank that you can get from the store. Just make sure you cut it up into small pieces.

A Neon could work if you keep the water perfect. Neither of the others will.
Keeping the water perfect in a tank that small is a major undertaking. That's why I suggested no fish.

BangGuy when you say a variety of seafood is frozen krill and brine shrimp okay?
Do they ever need any type of flaked foods?

Krill would be fine. I'd avoid the Brine Shrimp.
