What can I use to clean sand bed!!!!

I have a 55 gallon fish only 2" Clown Trigger 3" Undulated Trigger and 4 damsels I've got a sand sifting starfish but its not really doing a good job hermit crabs work great but they're just light snacks for them I am thinking of upgrade by the end of the year so at least 120 gallons
Because these guys are pretty interested in don't seem to stop fighting with each other also can you guys please give me some advice thanks a lot brothers

Sorry you want like what I have to say, but you asked. Having a clown trigger in anything smaller that 180 are asking for trouble. Plus having two triggers in a 55 is asking for major problems. My advice neither of those fish will live long or happy lives in a 120 gallon tank.

Yeah I completely get that and I am trying to find a better home for the Undulated Trigger thanks for the honesty bro

Forgot to answer your question on cleaning sand. You real don't want to disturb the sand bed, you will get nitrates and then and algae bloom. And if your sand bed is deep you will release gasses that can kill your fish. If you have ditrus or algae growing on top you can remove the ditrus when doing water change. For algae growing in sand siphon of the top layer of sand rinse and return the sand. Caution wear gloves while doing this trigger can bite.
