what color on back of tank

ive had a blue paper on back of my tank for a long time, its getting old. time for a change. what colors look good, need ideas

I painted mine black it makes the colors of the fish POP

black. Look at almost everty nano tank. The the black just makes stuff pop out at you like posted above.

If you don't want straight black, I've seen some nice backgrounds that fade from blue to black.

BLACK!!! but i do think that a very dark blue would look good 2... MaryG's tank is beautiful

well if you want to be different for the first year and a half i had my tank running i crumpled up some tin foil and spread it out carefully not to tear it and taped to the back of the tank is a problem if you like to keep back glass clean long story short it got old now back is window tint

I had a mirror cut for me by a glass guy and i glued it on the back of my tank, that way you can see whats going on on the other side.

thats interesting,,,, personally I like black, I had a 35g with blue and i perfer the black, everything stands out more.
