what could be swimming in my tank?

It's not fish, but they look like fish. I've seen 2, there could be more. They are about 1/4 inch long, They are almost see through, they have a tail like a fish, and I swear they have wiskers. I can't get a picture, they are too fast and too little. They stay close to the back wall and just swim back and forth. They are fun to whatch.

Mysid Shrimp perhaps?

it kinda looks like the early stages of mysis shrimp. Where would they have come from? I feed my coral mysis shrimp, but they're frozen.

are they good or bad? I mean, will they take over my tank eventually or just get eaten?
