what could it be

i have some live rock in one of the pices is or what look like a lizard head or and eel all you can see is the head it nevers leave it.s spot it just opens its mouth . i check all times durning the night with a light it allways in the same spot if you shine a light on it or tap the rock it closed mouth dose not move from it spot.it looks just like the rock so if you did not know that it was their you would never see it i would just have and ideal of what the hell it is
