This year Santa brought me:
1 Mystery Wrasse
6 small Aussia Lord Acan colonies
3 new zoanthid frags
2 Chalice pieces
1 Pink Birdsnest.
And the best of all:
1 MP40w
(Meowzer, I'm still looking for one for you, don't worry)
And woke up this morning to a broken pump for my skimmer

I hope Santa treats you all well too!

LOL, that sucks about the pump, I don't even have a skimmer.
I got myself a 3gal pico, loaded it up with cerameco's vidarock frag station
and loaded it up with hermits, snails, emerald crab, and zoas.
Santa got me a saltwater fish magezine.

Kids got a Wii system and bunch of Games. Wife and I have a HUGE order coming in on Weds. I have my Emperor Queeen and Koran Angels all coming in. Along with a Powder Blue tang from **Please do not post competitors names**. Wife is getting a Mcloskers Flasher Wrasse Male Blue Pygmay Angel and Kole Yellow Eye Tang and a Pair of Yellow Clown Cobies for Her Tank. Then also orderd with the Gift cards I got from my Reef Clubs Chirstmas Party won 100 Bucks in that a crap load of CUC for the tanks.

Well its 1:00am so Xmas is over…this thread reminded me of a funny story of when my kids were young in kindergarten. After xmas break and the children were back in class, the teacher went around the room and had each child tell her what Santa brought them…When it was my sons turn he said “Nothing, mom won’t let him in the house”
The teacher told me the story..She had never had a child with a different religious background before and had no idea what to say…I just laughed it sounded so funny to me, but at least he didn’t ruin it for the other kids and tell them there was no such person.

i was talking to my nephew yesterday.i asked him if he got a lump of coal.he said yes.really?my brother put a lump of coal in his stocking above the fireplace.it was a chunk of chocolate and on the wrapper it said coal.thought that was funny.i got a nice new canon camera.so i hope to use it for better fish pics.

Yea do you have a macro lens? and what type of cannon?
Remember to set your white balance under your lights.

powershot sd3500.i need to figure this thing out.i sure aint a camera person.i took some still pics with it and they look nice .but i tried a few pics of the fish swimming and not so much.i know this thing has alot of adjustments but have to figure them out.its not a $1000 camera but seems alot better than the old one.
i dont know what you mean by white balance?by macro lens i think you mean a bigger camera with swap out lenses right.no its still a point and shoot.
i wouldnt invest in an expensive camera as i have bad habits of destroying portable electronics.

can you put the setting as sport? if you put it as sport it shoots faster so it's not so blurry with fish. use auto for corals ect.

LOL...I do know one thing :) The camera has a dial on it.....the little flower on the dial is the macro setting.
I have a new canon rebel XS,(2 weeks) I just recently got a macro lense....LOL....I have been playing with it, and have no idea how to set anything else yet

the book is long
and I am very IMPATIENT

Santa brought me snow! And it was great. I was born in Canada, but haven't seen snow since I was two (so I didn't remember it). Well got a snowy Christmas this year and it was absolutely awesomely beautiful.
