what digital camera to get ?

hello,:needhelp:
this might be off topic but i need to know :). what is a good digital camera i was thinking of a olmpus c500 5 mega pix.
i have seen rye and other with really clear.please post what you think is a good digital camera and maybe a pic to go if you have one.
o sorry i forgot . i am looking in the 400 and under range.

I use a Fiji FinPix 3800. You can pick them up for relativley cheap $300. It is 3.2 mega pixels. I print 8x10 prints with a Canon i950 printer and people can't get over the quality. IMO Fuji makes great cameras for low price. All the major brands Canon, Nikon, Minoltal, Olympus are all real good just pick one you like and which one has the features you prefer. I would stay away from the Computer brand cameras HP, Toshiba.

BTW, Fuji just released the S5000. You can pick them up for under $400. It is one model up from my 3800. My friend just bought one but I have not had a chance to play with it. If it is better than mine I belive it would be a darn good camera. It does have a few newer advancement, same megapixals, but 10x optical zoom. I think it would be a great choice.
