i think my clown has ich and i wanna know for sure...and if he does should i get rid of all my lr and ls?

spots and he is layin up against the glass wit labored breathing

I told you in another thread how to successfully treat the ich without hurting your LR or LS. I am assuming that your other fish died or you flushed them and just bought the clowns you wanted too soon. Several people advised you not to do that.
You need to learn patience or you won't have anything but LR and LS and you'll be responsible for a lot of costly fish death.
Get some Parasite stop and some buffer up and follow the directions. It takes a little effort and a little work, but it can be done. Also, take the advice of the other poster and put the tank into hyposalinity.
