Number 1 problem is that you are not using a quarantine tank to isolate your fish prior to introducing them into your display tank. Without adopting that practice you will always risk disease introduction into your system.

What are the water readings in your tank? Also, once ich is introduced into your tank, it will remain there, infecting fish, until you take steps to kill it off.

Hi, Welcome to the site....sorry about the circumstances.

Beth is 100% right.... You need to get all of your fish out and into a Hospital tank for treatment, and leave the display to remain empty of all fish for 8 weeks to allow the parasite to die off without a host.

How long have you had your tank set up? Ammonia is the most deadly. Animals won't survive in those conditions.
