what do i put on my frozen food ?

im not sure what do put on my frozen food someone mentione selcon and i dont have a clue about it.i just got a emperor angel and its eating plankton and brine but i want to make sure im giving enough nutrients. any info would help

zoe, or any vitamin that you buy at the lfs

I soak all my food in kyolic garlic extract and kent zoe before I feed the fish. I heard a lot of other people recommend selcon as well. I just put a few drops on to soak in until the food is defrosted then feed it.

moby, do you use the zoe and garlic daily?
i was told not to on the garlic, only every 2 wks, unless you are having a problem(then still not every day), an 5x'z a week on the zoe? if you do, how long have you been doing so and have you had any probs? i'd like to know for myself

i feed my fish garlic on some brine plus with seaweed selects and pygmy angel formula one for my flame (havent actually got him yet thats just what i plan on using)
