What do most people run in their filters?

I have an aquclear 200 on my 7 gallon minibow. What should I run in there. I know I am going to run carbon in there about every week for a couple of days. What else do people run in their tanks. I have heard some people running that chemipure...

i use marc weiss phosphate and silicate magnet in a media bag in my hob filters. has worked well for me.

I have always used carbon 24/7 in my sump (either black diamond - or chemipure if I am lazy and don't feel like swapping it out as often). A lot of people spend a lot of money on aquarium lighting and they cancel it out by not keeping their water nice and clear!

That's pretty much my routine...:yes:
But, I should mention the "canister routine" is IN ADDITION to sump, fuge w/Macros, killer skimmer, high flow, LR, LS, WCs, etc...
