what do you feed to anemomes/xenia

I am new to keeping a reef tank, moderate experience with fish/live rock. What do I need to feed the anenome and xenia if anything?

they anemone needs very good water quality and strong lighting, and you should be able to spot feed him once in a while with meaty foods.
the xenia just needs good lighting. the stronger the lighting, the faster it should grow/spread. and it also needs good water quality.

Tip: my anemone prefers brine!

I feed my bubble tip brine and once in awhile some fresh minced clam from a can.
