What do you feed your fish?

For the fish, I feed mine live black worms, live brine shrimp, frozen brine shrimp, Omega One marine flakes, Sera granulated food, and for the Xenia and feather duster, I give them Kents' Phytoplex and Micro-vert. Anything else you might suggest I also try?

I feed mine flake, homemade (shrinp, scallops, and garlic,), mysis, freeze dried blood worms. , and once and a while live brine with zoe

I feed my fish frozen krill, frozen shredded shrimp, live blackworms and live brine shrimp (both of which are highly enriched with Zoe, MarineC, and Selcon.)
I feed my vegetarians sheets of nori from Korean restaurants (also enriched with a different additive each week).
