What Do You Feed Your Fish?

I can't seem to find a thread about what everyone feeds their fish. Thought I would start one.
1) What do you feed your fish?
2) If they have one, what is their schedule (when they get the food, how often, etc.)
3) What have you had a problem with?

1) Mysis shrimp and cyclopeeze
2) Whenever I get done with classes that day, and before the lights go off for the day if I remember. Usually twice a day
3) Nothing yet, its just that if youre not careful with the cyclopeeze your nitrates will raise quickly.
Im going to try making my own blend this week from the supermarket

Frozen Mysis & Brine soaked in Selcon- 3 days a week (Brine once per week)
Spectrum pellets- 2 days a week
Arcti Pods- as an in between snack
And of course copepods from the refugium.
My feedings are midday, usually every other day, while all lights are on.
Working on making my own food but not sure yet of what exactly to buy??

i have a blenny, niger trigger, and sailfin tang, i feed them a quarter cube of prime reef every day i try to keep the clip filled with seaweed, and sometime ill buy a small bag of live brine that i split through the week. But it sounds like everyone else feeds alot more stuff.
